Working in partnership with Intuit's design leadership, Mile 80 was contracted to explore motion design and animation for the brand's new design system, setting the stage for future motion design work within the new aesthetic. This resulted in a video contract for their Intuit Insight platform.
The branding work influenced our Intuit Insight video. A project intended to help Intuit employees understand the opportunities available on their Intranet, each of whom had different goals, priorities and ways of working.
The new Intuit brand is fun. It feels younger and more accessible. It also fits better with a company now built from an ecosystem of brands. Our concept was to find animation and design elements that fit perfectly within that new aesthetic.
The solution was a fun video that captured the eyes of everyone who walks by. It also gave us great experience exploring the Intuit brand and prepared us for work that was yet to come.
Intuit Insight set the tone for many of our future design and motion collaborations with Intuit.
